How do I get started with Wavix?

You can test out Wavix without any risk or commitment. Get familiar with the platform and only pay for your usage such as SMS sent, calls placed, or numbers bought. During your first 30 days, you’re not responsible for the minimum monthly commitment associated with Wavix Flex or Wavix Flex Pro account.

What is a monthly minimum?

Wavix users are busy sending texts, making calls, and running communication campaigns. Every month, they pay for the cost of their usage. Typically, that usage exceeds the minimum monthly account commitment. If a user’s spend falls short of their monthly commitment, they will be charged the difference between the cost of their usage and the minimum commitment.

Can I change my account level?

Yes. You have the option to upgrade to Flex Pro and switch back to Flex. Upgrading to Flex Pro grants immediate access to all of its features, with your monthly commitment updated the following month. Conversely, downgrading to Flex allows access to Flex Pro features until the billing cycle ends, after which your account access and bill will be adjusted.
