What is RCS?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the upgrade to SMS built into the default messaging app on Android and, since iOS 18, on iPhone too. You can send verified, branded messages with images, buttons, and read receipts — and there's nothing for your customers to install.
What if a customer's phone doesn't support RCS?
We send a regular SMS instead, so your message still gets through. We pick the best channel for each device automatically.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. RCS shows up right in the messaging app they already use. There's nothing to download and no sign-up.
How do you verify our brand?
We handle verification with Google for you. Once your sender is approved, your name, logo, and a verified check appear on every message you send.
