Text message • RCS

Texting that looks like your brand

RCS uses the same inbox and contacts as SMS. The difference is what you can send: your name and logo, images and video, and buttons people can tap.

Verified sender identity

Your name, logo, and a verified check show up on every message. People can see it's really you, not a random short code.

Rich media and carousels

Send images, video, maps, and swipeable product carousels right inside the default texting app.

Suggested replies and actions

Add buttons people can tap to reply, call you, open a link, or save an event. No typing needed.

Automatic SMS fallback

If someone's phone or carrier doesn't support RCS yet, we send a regular SMS instead. One API covers both.

Where RCS helps most

Notifications, sign-in codes, and campaigns all work better when people can see who's texting them.

Order and delivery updates

Send order confirmations with a product photo, a live delivery map, and a button to reorder — so you get fewer “where's my order?” texts.

2FA and account security

A verified sender makes codes harder to fake. People approve or deny a sign-in with one tap, and you can fall back to SMS when you need to.

Marketing and loyalty

Share product carousels, branded offers, and personal coupons. You'll see who opened and tapped, not just what reached the carrier.

Frequently asked questions

What teams usually ask before they start sending RCS with Wavix.

What is RCS?

RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the upgrade to SMS built into the default messaging app on Android and, since iOS 18, on iPhone too. You can send verified, branded messages with images, buttons, and read receipts — and there's nothing for your customers to install.

What if a customer's phone doesn't support RCS?

We send a regular SMS instead, so your message still gets through. We pick the best channel for each device automatically.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. RCS shows up right in the messaging app they already use. There's nothing to download and no sign-up.

How do you verify our brand?

We handle verification with Google for you. Once your sender is approved, your name, logo, and a verified check appear on every message you send.

Where is RCS available?

Coverage depends on the carrier and region, and it's expanding fast. Tell us where you send and we'll confirm what's live today.
